Information We Collect

The paid SWOT intake asks for:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and optional phone number
• Business details: business name, website URL, business type or industry, employee range, and location count
• Operational details: your biggest operational headache, current software or platforms, and what success would look like in 90 days
• Service selection: the assessment tier you choose
• Communications: emails and messages you send to us
• Site activity: page visits and performance data from the analytics integrations used by this site

How We Use Your Information

• To create your checkout session and verify payment
• To generate your AI SWOT report and fulfill the assessment or strategy-call service you purchased
• To deliver service communications and respond to support requests
• To operate and understand the performance of the restaurant website

Checkout and Fulfillment Data Flow

When you submit the paid SWOT intake, the contact and intake details listed above are sent to Stripe Checkout as checkout-session metadata. After Stripe reports a completed purchase, the intake, purchase status, Stripe session identifier, amount paid, and submission time are stored in MongoDB for report generation and fulfillment. The completed intake may also be sent to our internal fulfillment system when that connection is configured.

Services That Process Information

• Stripe: processes checkout, payment details, and the contact and intake metadata used for purchase verification and fulfillment
• Cloudflare Turnstile: processes the verification token and request IP address when available to check form submissions
• MongoDB: stores completed purchase and intake records used for report generation and fulfillment
• Resend: may process service email communications
• Vercel: hosts the website and processes site analytics and performance measurements
• Google Analytics: processes site activity when that integration is configured
